How Did I Make My Effort Estimates?

Some projects have code that I have never done before, so I will try my best to rely on the knowledge I have learned to complete the code. When I encounter code that I don’t know, I will ask team members or AI. I also divided the project into smaller, manageable components to evaluate each task individually. This bottom-up approach ensured that I considered all elements of the project comprehensively. I involved team members who had relevant experience. Their input added accuracy to the estimates by incorporating diverse perspectives and expert judgment.

How Did I Track My Actual Effort?

I used the Timer that comes with the Google Chrome system. I started timing when I opened VS Code, and paused to record the time when merging or pushing.
